  CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEVADA
  THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...ALAMO...HIKO

* UNTIL 745 PM PDT

* AT 443 PM PDT...SKYWARN WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER HIKO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THIS STORM HAS ALSO
  PRODUCED A FUNNEL CLOUD AND WINDS NEAR 55 MPH. ALTHOUGH THIS STORM
  HAS WEAKENED FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY IN THE HIKO AREA...IS
  LIKELY.
