* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN CLARK COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEVADA

* UNTIL 630 PM PDT

* AT 325 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EXTREME NORTHEASTERN
  CLARK COUNTY JUST NORTH OF MOAPA AND GLENDALE. THE STORM WAS NEARLY
  STATIONARY.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE...NEAR MOAPA...
  GLENDALE AND OVER RURAL NORTHEASTERN CLARK COUNTY THROUGH 430 PM
  PDT.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF WASHES
AND SMALL STREAMS SUCH AS THE MEADOW VALLEY WASH AND MUDDY RIVER.
ADDITIONALLY...HIGHWAYS...UNDERPASSES AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS WILL
