* AT 408 PM MST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 5 MILES EAST OF MEADVIEW...MOVING
  WEST AT 8 MPH. RADAR INDICATES RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES
  IN THE PAST HOUR WITH THIS STORM.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE...NEAR MEADVIEW
