  SOUTHEASTERN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA
  THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...TWENTYNINE PALMS

* UNTIL 615 PM PDT

* AT 415 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF WEST
  WIND AERO...OR ABOUT 19 MILES EAST OF TWENTYNINE PALMS (ALONG
  HIGHWAY 62) MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH. A SPOTTER IN JOSHUA TREE
  NATIONAL PARK REPORTED AROUND AN INCH AND A HALF /1.48/ BY 330 PM
  WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING. FLASH FLOODING HAS ALSO BEEN
  REPORTED ACROSS FAR SOUTHEAST SAN BERNARDINO AND THIS FLASH
  FLOOD WARNING JUST EXTENDS AND EXPANDS ON THE EARLIER WARNING
  THAT EXPIRED AT 415 PM. THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO DEVELOP
  OVER MUCH OF SOUTHEAST SAN BERNARDINO AND RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES
  OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE COMMON.
