THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL AND EASTERN SANTA CRUZ COUNTY IN ARIZONA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF NOGALES

* UNTIL 630 PM MST

* AT 448 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SEVERAL    
  CLUSTERS OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS. ONE WAS NEAR NOGALES...WITH      
  SEVERAL OTHERS IN THE HUACHUCA MOUNTAINS SOUTH OF SONOITA. THE     
  STORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.

UP TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN WAS INDICATED BY DOPPLER RADAR NEAR CANELO 
BETWEEN 4 AND 5 PM. THIS COULD LEAD TO SERIOUS FLASH FLOODING OUT OF 
THE HUACHUCA MOUNTAINS. SIMILAR RAINFALL IS ALSO LIKELY IN THE 
CANYONS JUST WEST OF NOGALES.

MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY. NEVER DRIVE INTO A FLOODED ROAD.
