* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN PIMA COUNTY IN ARIZONA...INCLUDING THE FOOTHILLS
  AND NORTHEAST TUCSON...

* UNTIL 530 PM MST

* AT 400 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
RAIN OVER THE FOOTHILLS AND NORTHEAST TUCSON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
15 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE OVER THE FOOTHILLS
AND NORTHEAST TUCSON. THE THUNDERSTORM WILL MOVE INTO THE CATALINA
MOUNTAINS BY 415 PM BUT THE HEAVY RAIN WILL CAUSE RUNOFF INTO WASHES
AND LOW LYING AREAS. THE WASHES AFFECTED WILL BE AGUA CALIENTE...
