THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WEST CENTRAL COCHISE COUNTY IN ARIZONA
  THIS INCLUDES THE TOWN OF BENSON

* UNTIL 530 PM MST

* AT 405 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
RAIN OVER BENSON AND SOUTH ALONG HIGHWAY 90.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE IN AND
AROUND BENSON AND RURAL AREAS SOUTH ALONG HIGHWAY 90 THROUGH 5 PM.
DOPPLER RADAR HAS INDICATED THAT UP TO AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN
BENSON SINCE 345 PM AND UP TO 3 INCHES HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF
HIGHWAY 90 ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 10.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
