THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 700 PM CDT

* AT 505 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CARROLL COUNTY MOVING
SLOWLY EAST.  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT BETWEEN 3 AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN
HAS FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA. THE STORMS HAVE WEAKENED SOME...BUT
ANOTHER INCH OR SO WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT HOUR BEFORE THE
STORMS END OR MOVE OUT OF THE AREA.

THE CARROLL COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE IN BERRYVILLE REPORTED SEVERAL
COUNTY ROADS ARE CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE
INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER MAY BE TOO
DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING
WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
