FOR PORTIONS OF

   NORTHEAST IOWA
   SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA
   EXTREME SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN

EFFECTIVE THIS SATURDAY MORNING FROM 400 AM UNTIL 800 AM CDT.

HAIL TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 70
MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH AREA IS ALONG AND 65 STATUTE MILES
EITHER SIDE OF A LINE FROM 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF ROCHESTER
MINNESOTA TO 45 MILES EAST SOUTHEAST OF WATERLOO IOWA.

STRONG INSTABILITY. SHEAR IS SUFFICIENT FOR SHORT LIVED BOWS WITH
WIND DAMAGE AND LARGE HAIL.
