   NORTHERN FLORIDA

   COASTAL WATERS                     

EFFECTIVE THIS MONDAY MORNING FROM 430 AM UNTIL 1000 AM EST.

HAIL TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 70
MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH AREA IS ALONG AND 55 STATUTE MILES
NORTH AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 20 MILES WEST OF PANAMA CITY FLORIDA
TO 30 MILES SOUTHEAST OF JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA.

MODELS INDICATE WEAK SURFACE LOW NOW WRN FL WILL INTENSIFY AND MOVE
TO JAX AREA AROUND 15Z.  THIS WOULD INCREASE THREAT OF SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS OVER AND JUST INLAND FROM THE GULF WHERE AIRMASS IS
MOST UNSTABLE.  

AVIATION...A FEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH HAIL SURFACE AND ALOFT
TO 2 INCHES.  EXTREME TURBULENCE AND SURFACE WIND GUSTS TO 60
