NORTH CENTRAL KANE COUNTY IN UTAH * UNTIL 615 PM MDT * AT 523 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR THE KODACHROME BASIN STATE PARK...STATIONARY. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR CREEKS WHICH CAN BECOME KILLERS IN HEAVY RAINS.
