THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTH CENTRAL IRON COUNTY IN UTAH
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF CEDAR CITY AND NEW CASTLE

* UNTIL 800 PM MDT

* AT 655 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY       
  HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING 15 MILES WEST OF CEDAR CITY. THIS RAINFALL   
  WILL CAUSE FLOODING ALONG HIGHWAY 56 IN THE VICINITY OF IRON       
  MOUNTAIN AND NEW CASTLE. FLOODING IS LIKELY IN LITTLE PINTO CREEK  
  AND OTHER CREEKS AND WASHES IN THE AREA. RAINFALL IN THE CEDAR     
  CITY AREA HAS DECREASED BUT RUNOFF FROM HIGHER TERRAIN WILL CAUSE  
  FLOODING TO CONTINUE THROUGH 800 PM.
