  EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN IRON COUNTY IN UTAH
  WESTERN KANE COUNTY IN UTAH
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF KANAB
  EASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY IN UTAH

* UNTIL 345 PM MDT

* AT 138 PM MDT...RADAR ESTIMATES AND SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATE AN 
INCH OR MORE OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE AREA AND RANGERS IN ZION 
NATIONAL PARK REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN PINE CREEK AND CLEAR CREEK  
WHICH ARE SLOT CANYONS IN THE PARK.  THE RAIN WILL PERSIST FOR
