RAIN OVER CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTY NEAR AND JUST SOUTH OF BAKER DAM 
RESERVOIR ALONG STATE ROUTE 18...OR ABOUT 19 MILES NORTH OF ST   
GEORGE.  THE SANTA CLARA RIVER MAY ALSO BE RUNNING HIGH IN THIS AREA.
