IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS
     ENOCH AND CEDAR CITY

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THE CEDAR CITY AREA. THE 
URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY ISSUED EARLIER HAS BEEN 
UPGRADED TO A FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE CEDAR CITY AREA.
