* AT 708 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF RICHLAND SPRINGS...DRIFTING SLOWLY EAST.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
   RICHLAND SPRINGS AT 755 PM CDT
   SAN SABA AT 825 PM CDT

* RAINFALL TOTALING 1 TO 2 INCHES HAS FALLEN IN THE WARNED AREA... WITH 
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL UP TO 2 TO 3 INCHES EXPECTED THROUGH 1015 PM CDT.
