* AT 415 AM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM JUNCTION TO LONDON...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 7 MPH.

* STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO DEVELOP OVER AND
  JUST NORTH OF JUNCTION...PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES UP TO 2 INCHES
  PER HOUR. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2.4 INCHES HAVE ALREADY BEEN
