* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN ANGELINA COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 1256 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ABOUT 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ZAVALLA...MOVING 
  SOUTH AT 10 MPH. ANGELINA COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE ALSO REPORTS THAT
  WATER IS ALREADY STARTING TO CROSS HIGHWAY 69 SOUTH OF ZAVALLA.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
