THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SHREVEPORT HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ANGELINA COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 0300 AM CST

* AT 1050 PM CST...THE SHREVEPORT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR     
  INDICATED MODERATE RAIN FALLING ACROSS ANGELINA COUNTY. HEAVIER
  RAIN WILL MOVE SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST ACROSS THE COUNTY DURING THE
  NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. SOME OF THE HEAVIER DOWNPOURS WILL PRODUCE FROM
  ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IN AN HOURS TIME. 

FROM FOUR TO FIVE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE COUNTY ON FRIDAY.
AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS
WILL FURTHER AGGRAVATE THIS FLOODING SITUATION AS THE GROUND IS ALREADY
SATURATED.

THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT REPORTS THAT MANY COUNTY ROADS ARE STILL UNDER
WATER.
