SOUTHWESTERN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN CALIFORNIA THIS INCLUDES CITIES SUCH AS HESPERIA AND VICTORVILLE * UNTIL 245 PM PDT * AT 140 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER THE APPLE VALLEY AREA NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF INTERSTATE 15 AND STATE ROUTE 395.
