* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  THE SOUTHERN HALF OF ORANGE COUNTY IN CALIFORNIA
  UNTIL 300 PM.

* AT 144 PM PST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND WEATHER SPOTTERS
INDICATED VERY HEAVY IN THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF ORANGE COUNTY. THE
HEAVY SHOWERS WERE MOVING EAST AT ABOUT 25 MPH.
