THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN DIEGO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN SAN DIEGO COUNTY IN CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 400 PM PDT

* AT 305 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM EAST OF A LINE FROM PINE VALLEY TO             
  BOULEVARD... COVERING THE AREA EASTWARD TO THE IMPERIAL COUNTY 
  LINE. SOME OF THE AFFECTED AREAS ARE BOULEVARD...AGUA
  CALIENTE...AND THE ANZA BORREGO STATE PARK.  

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS 
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
