* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN RIVERSIDE COUNTY IN CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 300 PDT

* AT 145 PM PDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN RIVERSIDE COUNTY...OR ABOUT 17 MILES
  EAST OF TEMECULA...WITH LITTLE MOVEMENT.

* THE CONFLUENCE OF TULE CREEK AND TEMECULA CREEK IN THE CITY OF
  AGUANGA WILL BE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE TO FLOODWATERS GENERATED BY
  THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE NEARBY MOUNTAINS UNTIL 300 PM. VAIL LAKE
  WILL ALSO BE AFFECTED.
