SOUTHEASTERN SAN DIEGO COUNTY IN CALIFORNIA * UNTIL 500 PM PDT * AT 340 PM PDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY FROM 20 MILES EAST OF JULIAN...TO ABOUT 5 MILES EAST OF JULIAN...SOUTH TO MOUNT LAGUNA. THE STORMS SHOWED LITTLE MOVEMENT. THE FLOODWATERS WILL LIKELY FLOW INTO VALLECITO CREEK...AND ALSO EFFECT OTHER WASHES IN SOUTHEASTERN SAN DIEGO COUNTY. COUNTY ROAD S2 WILL BE EFFECTED...AS WILL THE AGUA CALIENTE COUNTY PARK. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
