  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM SEDALIA TO 10 MILES 
  NORTH OF CLINTON TO GARDEN CITY. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
  40 MPH. THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL THE SIZE OF
