VERNON COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI ST. CLAIR COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 215 AM CDT * AT 811 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER NORTHEAST VERNON AND WESTERN ST. CLAIR COUNTIES. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE LAST HOUR. * THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAINFALL ARE REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNED AREA.
