* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BULLITT COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  HARDIN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  JEFFERSON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  OLDHAM COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* AT 930 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  LINGERING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM LA GRANGE
  THROUGH ELIZABETHTOWN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS WILL DIMINISH FROM WEST TO EAST AND THE RAIN WILL
  END...HOWEVER FLASH FLOODING CONTINUES ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE
  WARNED AREA. THUS...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN EXTENDED
  UNTIL MIDNIGHT EST TO ALLOW FLOOD WATERS TO RECEDE.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGER OF FLOODING.

AREA RESIDENTS SHOULD MONITOR FLOOD CONDITIONS... AND BE PREPARED TO
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND... SHOULD FLOOD WATERS THREATEN. IF FLASH
FLOODING IS OBSERVED... ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE
FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER
BEGINS RISING.
