* AT 700 PM EST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF HARRISON COUNTY
  IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA... MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
