* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BOTETOURT COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 545 PM EDT.

* AT 244 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
 CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL FROM ORISKANY 
 SOUTH TO NEAR MOUNT UNION. THESE STORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.

LOCATIONS THREATENED BY HEAVY RAIN THROUGH 545 PM EDT INCLUDE
  ORISKANY...
  
RUNOFF FROM EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF STREAMS
