* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BATH COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 830 PM EDT.

* AT 625 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 3 MILES NORTHWEST OF HOT
  SPRINGS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

LOCATIONS THREATENED BY HEAVY RAIN THROUGH 830 PM EDT INCLUDE
  HOT SPRINGS...
  WARM SPRINGS...

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE 
WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATED ONE TO TWO INCH OF RAIN PER HOUR
HAD FALLEN. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH
