  WESTERN MERCER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 615 PM EDT.

* AT 422 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR 
  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL NEARLY STATIONARY 
  OVER WESTERN MERCER COUNTY. RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES INDICATED UP 
  TO 1.75 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE LAST HOUR IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
  THE COUNTY. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE ANOTHER INCH OF
