AMHERST COUNTY IN CENTRAL VIRGINIA CAMPBELL COUNTY IN CENTRAL VIRGINIA LYNCHBURG IN CENTRAL VIRGINIA * UNTIL 130 AM EDT * AT 1132 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL IN AMHERST AND CAMPBELL COUNTIES...INCLUDING THE CITY OF LYNCHBURG...MOVING SOUTH AT 10 MPH. * SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA.
