* AT 818 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 3 MILES EAST OF DOBSON...
  MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

LOCATIONS THREATENED BY HEAVY RAIN THROUGH 1115 PM EDT INCLUDE
  DOBSON...

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH 
FLOODING IN THE DOBSON AREA. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING
