THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BLACKSBURG HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SUMMERS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 345 PM EDT.

* AT 1245 PM EDT...A SPOTTER REPORTED THE FLOODING OF CREEKS 
  AND STREAMS BETWEEN KEENEY MOUNTAIN AND HINTON. THIS SPOTTER 
  ALSO REPORTED 2.7 INCHES OF RAIN SO FAR TODAY. 

EVEN THOUGH THE HEAVY RAINFALL HAS DIMINISHED...AT LEAST FOR A 
PERIOD OF TIME...THE THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING SHOULD CONTINUE 
UNTIL 345 PM...ESPECAILLY IN AND AROUND KEENEY MOUNTAIN.
