* AT 657 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL OVER TRACKING OVER PULASKI   
COUNTY. LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS AND SPOTTERS REPORTED SOME ROADS 
WATER COVERED AND SMALL CREEKS AT BANKFUL. A SPOTTER REPORTED THORNE 
SPRINGS CREEK IN DUBLIN OUT OF ITS BANKS. WITH ADDITIONAL RAIN 
EXPECTED...FLOODING WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING.
