* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TYLER COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 1030 PM EDT...

* AT 820 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING OVER THE SAME AREA.  THIS LINE OF
  THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM SOUTH OF COLUMBUS TO MORGANTOWN.  THE
  THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHWARD.

* UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS FALLEN ACROSS TYLER COUNTIES AS A
