* AT 613 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER WEST CENTRAL GREENUP COUNTY...OR ABOUT 10 MILES NORTHEAST
  OF CARTER CAVES STATE PARK.  THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY
  STATIONARY.  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 2 TO 3.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
