THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ATHENS COUNTY IN OHIO...

* UNTIL 145 AM EDT...

* AT 1039 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL OVER PORTIONS OF
  ATHENS COUNTY.  THE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING THESE RAINS WERE
  MOVING SOUTHWESTWARD AT ABOUT 10 MPH. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT THE
  THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL IN ONE HOUR
  IN THE CHAUNCEY AND THE PLAINS AREAS.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE GLOUSTER...ATHENS...
  CHAUNCEY AND THE PLAINS.
