THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JACKSON COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 500 AM EDT...

* AT 251 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT
  AROUND 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS PORTIONS OF EASTERN
  JACKSON COUNTY SINCE 2 AM.  AN ADDITIONAL ONE HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAINFALL
  IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT HOUR BEFORE THE RAIN TAPERS OFF.  THIS
  WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING ON SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS IN THE AREA.
