PUTNAM COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA... JACKSON COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA... MASON COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA... * UNTIL 400 AM EDT... * AT 1244 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WAS STILL FALLING OVER THE WARNED AREA. COUNTY OFFICALS IN JACKSON AND PUTNAM COUNTIES REPORTED NUMEROUS ROADS CLOSED FROM FLOOD WATERS. SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE... WINFIELD... TEAYS VALLEY... RIPLEY... RAVENSWOOD... ELEANOR... BUFFALO... A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
