A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS IS MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEASTWARD THROUGH
WEBSTER COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR IN PORTIONS OF WEBSTER COUNTY. THIS IS ENOUGH
RAINFALL TO PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
