THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BOONE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 1015 PM EDT...

* AT 813 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY
RAIN OVER MOST OF BOONE COUNTY...ESPECIALLY THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE
COUNTY. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE...MADISON...DANVILLE
AND SYLVESTER.

SENG CREEK NEAR WEST VIRGINIA ROUTE 3 HAS OVERFLOWED ON TO THE
HIGHWAY AND SEVERAL OTHER ROADS IN THE COUNTY ALSO HAVE WATER
PROBLEMS.
