THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BUCHANAN COUNTY IN VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 545 PM EDT...

* AT 351 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER GRUNDY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH. ONE TO TWO INCHES
  OF RAIN IS EXPECTED THROUGH 500 PM.  THIS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING
  ON SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS AS THE GROUND REMAINS QUITE SATURATED.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE HURLEY.
