* UNTIL 245 PM EDT...

* AT 1135 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER SOUTHEASTERN KENTUCKY...
MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR. THESE HAVE THE
POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN AN HOUR.  THIS WILL
ADD TO THE RAINFALL EARLIER THIS MORNING AND WILL LIKELY RESULT IN
