AT 11:43 AM EDT WEDNESDAY NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
ESTIMATES AND IFLOWS AUTOMATED RAIN GAGES INDICATED THAT OVER 2
INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF DICKENSON COUNTY DURING
THE PAST 3 HOURS.  THIS IS ENOUGH TO CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF
