* AT 558 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN NEAR PRINCESS AND CANNONSBURG. OVER AN INCH AND A HALF HAS
  FALLEN IN THE LAST HOUR. THIS IS ENOUGH TO CAUSE CREEKS AND
  STREAM TO FLOOD.
