  SOUTHEASTERN SIERRA COUNTY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA   THIS INCLUDES

* AT 447 PM PDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WEST     
  OF PROSSER CREEK RESERVOIR. THE STORM WAS MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHWEST  
  TOWARD THE TAHOE DONNER AREA.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
