* AT 530 PM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN...JUST NORTH OF THE
  CITIES OF GLOBE AND MIAMI...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 10 MPH.

* THESE STORMS HAVE BEEN PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN DURING THE PAST
