NORTHERN CHESTER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA. * UNTIL 800 PM EDT. * AT 703 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS NEAR THE PATH OF THESE STORMS INCLUDE... PHOENIXVILLE... LIONVILLE...
