* AT 515 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT THREE TO FOUR
INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PART OF NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA DURING
THE PAST THREE HOURS. IN ADDITION...THE NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA
AIRPORT HAS REPORT ALMOST THREE AND ONE-HALF INCHES OF RAIN IN THE
PAST THREE HOURS. MORE RAIN IS EXPECTED OVER THIS AREA FOR THE NEXT
